Clare

Clare is a passionate aerial yoga instructor with over seven years of movement and aerial practice experience. Her journey began with pole dance, where she discovered a deep love for expressive movement and strength-based flow. That curiosity soon expanded into Lyra, aerial silks, and ultimately aerial yoga, where artistry, mindfulness, and physical conditioning come together in the air.

What draws Clare most to aerial practice is the feeling of weightlessness and freedom. She loves being suspended, fully immersed in music, allowing movement to become both a physical workout and an emotional release. In her classes, aerial yoga is not just about poses, but about presence, breath, and finding joy through movement. She believes that when the body feels supported and the mind feels safe, true progress happens naturally.

Clare’s teaching style is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and student-centered. With knowledge in movement fundamentals and an interest in sports rehabilitation, she places strong emphasis on building the right muscles, deep and safe stretching, and balanced strength development. Her classes are designed to help students not only get stronger, but also develop elegant lines, body awareness, and long-term joint and muscle health.

Above all, Clare deeply cares about her students’ experience. She meets each student where they are, offering clear guidance, modifications, and encouragement. Her goal is to create a space where students feel confident, supported, and excited to explore their potential in the air—physically, mentally, and creatively.
