I find joy in the freedom of moving through the air —spinning, floating, and exploring creative expression upside down without limits. I have been practicing aerial arts for about three years, with a deep love for aerial silks and rope, where strength meets softness and movement becomes storytelling.

I completed aerial teacher training in China and have an academic background in Kinesiology, with a concentration in dance from college. This foundation allows me to approach aerial from both an artistic and anatomical perspective, emphasizing safe, efficient movement while honoring individual expression.

In my teaching, I encourage students to explore their own body potential and develop a deeper connection to their movement. I place strong emphasis on fluidity, flow, and mindful transitions, helping students move with confidence, awareness, and freedom in the air.
