Wheel Yoga: Balance & Inversion Workshop

Course Overview

Discover how the yoga wheel can become a powerful tool to help you build stability, deepen your practice, and enhance core control — guiding you toward greater confidence and freedom.
This module focuses on balance and inversion techniques, helping you understand alignment, muscle engagement, and mindful progression.

Certification

Upon completion, participants will receive a WenYoga Wheel Yoga: Balance & Inversion Workshop Certificate of Completion.
This module counts toward RYT300 certification or YACEP continuing education hours.

  • At least one year of consistent yoga practice

  • Must be 18 years or older

This workshop is part of WenYoga’s RYT 300 Advanced Teacher Training, designed to deepen understanding of modern props, therapeutic applications, and embodied teaching.
It is also open to the public and eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) credits.
