I am an Iyengar yoga instructor, I started practicing yoga in 2014, 9 years of yoga teaching experience, a total of 8,000 hours of teaching. in 2015, I studied yoga primary, intermediate and advanced training courses at Beijing YoGi Yoga Academy; in 2016, I followed Mr. Mohan to learn hot yoga, flow yoga, maternity yoga, Ashtanga and physical therapy yoga, and in the same year, I began to teach in major yoga studios and enterprises in Beijing; in 2017, I followed Mr. Kumar to learn breath control and yoga classics, and I served as an Ashtanga teaching assistant at Beijing YoGi Yoga.
Since 2018, I have been studying B.K.S Iyengar Yoga systematically with Mr. Li Hua, one of the first batch of the highest level Iyengar Yoga Certified Master Teachers in China, and have completed the Iyengar Training Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 courses, “Precise alignment and rigorous restoration; Improvement of subnormal health, Enhancement of Body and Soul”, which is my interpretation of Iyengar Yoga, and also the reason why I devote myself to practicing and teaching Iyengar Yoga. Through continuous practice and realization, I want to experience the energy and efficacy of each asana over and over again, to feel the unity of body and mind, and to experience the depth of pleasure and joy, and to spread Iyengar Yoga to everyone with my personal experience and accumulation of experience. I hope that through my classes, I can re-energize a tired you to experience a higher quality of life!!
