Hi there, my name is Vidhi. I was born in India, with Hindi as my native tongue, and grew up surrounded by traditions that honor breath, body, and nature. I hold a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Santa Cruz, a field that deepened my appreciation for the evolution of people throughout time and the beautiful interconnectedness of our lived experiences.

I am an RYT-200 trained in Classical Ashtanga through the lovely Mount Madonna Institute, and I enjoy practicing different styles of yoga and meditation. Yoga first drew me in as a way to support my physical wellbeing, but over time it revealed countless other benefits. This journey reshaped my understanding of healing as something both deeply personal and ever-evolving. I especially appreciate and celebrate the conjunction of science and soul present in this practice, and how it can adapt to your body's needs in a given moment.

As a teacher, I aim to create an environment where movement, breath, and curiosity cultivates joy, peace, and gratitude. I understand the vulnerability it can take to show up on your mat, and I honor both the courage and patience the practice requires. My intention is to help students reconnect with their inner safety, wisdom, and resilience—qualities that strengthen confidence and inspire growth.

Ultimately, I believe that we are responsible for our own wellbeing, and yoga offers us the tools to listen to our bodies, evolve steadily, and build a compassionate inner dialogue. Through this process, the sky truly becomes the limit.
