As a Registered Yoga School (RYS), WenYoga is dedicated to building a multi-dimensional, progressive yoga education system.We offer internationally recognized RYT200, RYT300, and RYT500 certification programs, along with rare specialty tracks such as Aerial Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.Rooted in both professionalism and mindfulness, WenYoga empowers every student to grow safely, confidently, and authentically on their teaching journey.

RYT100 Weekend Program · Foundation 100 (Phase 1)
Training introduces the essential principles of yoga practice and teaching.
Phase 1 covers foundational theory, anatomy, Sanskrit, pranayama, and key asanas, helping students develop clear alignment and mindful movement.
Completion grants the WenYoga RYT100 certification.

RYT100 Weekend Program · Advanced 100 (Phase 2)
Training expands on the Foundation module and develops practical teaching skills.
Phase 2 includes advanced asanas, sequencing principles, teaching methodology, hands-on assisting, and class structure, helping trainees refine technique and grow teaching confidence.
Completion of both modules qualifies trainees to apply for Yoga Alliance RYT200 certification.

Handstand Workshop
