Class can be canceled without restriction 24 hours in advance, and the class credit will be automatically returned to your account. Cancellations made between 3 and 24 hours before the class will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time are not permitted.

1. Please wear comfortable yoga clothes or sportswear without buttons, zippers, belts or metal decorations, and do not wear sharp jewelry, hairpins and nails. 2. Please leave valuables at your home. 3. To participate in aerial classes, please wear yoga pants and a sports top that covers your waist and abdomen. The pants and clothing should be close-fitting and comfortable. 4. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat. If not, there are clean yoga mats available for you. 5. We will prepare all auxiliary supplies for you. 6. Do not overeat 60 minutes before and after class. 7. Please bring enough drinking water. 8. Don’t take a shower within 30 minutes after class. Please use a towel to dry sweat.

We ask that all phones are silenced or turned off prior to entering a class and stored in a cubby or locker. We ask that all cell phones stay out of our class rooms.

1. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes in advance. You will not be allowed to enter the classroom if you are late by more than 5 minutes, so as not to affect other members' meditation or warm-up. 2. If you leave early under special circumstances, please pack your belongings and exit the classroom without disturbing other members. 3. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures, no overtime, and no make-up classes.

Yes, we welcome everyone to enjoy a good time in our community. Our restroom and parking spaces are accessible to people with disabilities. Ms. Wenwen gives a $50 gift card to every person with a disability who attends our classes.

Regret to tell you that you are not allowed to take a shower just after practicing yoga. In all sports, no matter how sweaty you are after practicing, you have to endure it temporarily for the sake of your health. Usually a one-hour yoga class brings high-intensity exercise, which makes our heart beat faster and the body is in a state of extreme excitement. If you take a hot bath immediately at this time, our blood vessels will expand rapidly, blood will flow back to the brain, and increase the pressure on the heart.

You gain access to Hatha/ Ashtanga /Shoulder & neck etc. , If there is an online sign after the course name, you can make an appointment to join it. In order to protect your safety and ensure the effectiveness of your practice, Wenyoga temporarily does not provide online service in aerial and pregnancy and postpartum class. The course and the in-person course are held simultaneously. If the in-person course is canceled for some reason, the online course will also be canceled.

Please enter the zoom classroom 5 minutes advance. If you have to leave the classroom and exit early, please exit the zoom classroom quietly.

Please adjust the camera to your practice area. Keep the camera on and turn off the sound during practice.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our students. Please take a moment to review our No Refund policy. Class Packages Refunds requested before completing the full package will be calculated based on the regular drop-in rate per attended class, plus a 15% administrative fee of the remaining balance. No refunds after 30 days from the start date. Memberships 1. Monthly Membership – Non-Refundable All monthly memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-pausable once purchased. If you are enrolled in an auto-renewing membership, please make sure to cancel your plan directly on the website before your next billing date to avoid further charges. Monthly plans are designed to offer flexibility at a discounted rate. Please confirm your schedule and usage plan before purchasing. 2. Annual Membership – Eligible for Partial Refund You may request a partial refund under the following conditions: Refund Rules: Used classes will be deducted from the total membership price at the regular drop-in rate of $40 per mat class or $70 per aerial class. An administrative fee of 15% will be deducted from the remaining refundable balance. Minimum refund threshold: If the refundable balance after deductions is less than $10, no refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval. No Refund Will Be Issued If: Any exclusive gifts or discounts associated with the annual membership have been used. The member has attended special workshops or limited-capacity events included with the membership. Missed classes are due to personal scheduling conflicts. Workshops & Special Events Payments for workshops and special events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another student or apply the payment toward a future event, subject to availability and management approval. Single Class Purchases All single class purchases are non-refundable. Once a class has been booked, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Please ensure that you are able to attend the scheduled class before making a purchase. Limited-Time Trial Classes Payments for limited-time trial classes are final and non-refundable. These special offers are designed to give students a chance to experience our studio and classes at a discounted rate. Refunds will not be issued for any unused or missed trial classes.

The minimum class size is three students. We hope to allow instructors and registered students to arrange their own schedules. The website will confirm the class size for the following day at 10 PM each night. If there are fewer than three students, the class will be automatically canceled.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before class start: The member does not need to pay the class fee. • Cancellation between 3 to 24 hours before class start: The member must pay 30% of the class fee. • Cancellation within 3 hours before class start: The member must pay 100% of the class fee.
