What is Wenyoga’s refund policy for packages and memberships?

Class packages: If a refund is requested before the full package is used, the refund is calculated using the regular drop-in rate — based on the specific class type attended (e.g., aerial, mat, prenatal, private) — for classes already attended, with a 15% administrative fee applied to the remaining balance. No refunds are available after 30 days from the start date.
Monthly memberships: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

Can I freeze my membership and extend the validity of my package?

If you are unable to attend classes due to reasons such as travel abroad, business trip, pregnancy, illness, or other valid circumstances, you may freeze your membership or class package and extend the validity period accordingly.To request a freeze, written notice along with supporting documentation (e.g., travel itinerary, medical records) must be sent to wenyogaservice@gmail.com.Each freeze costs $10 per instance, and each freeze period may last up to 30 days. If you need to freeze for longer than 30 days, you may submit multiple freeze requests, each subject to the $10 fee.Freezes are limited to a maximum of 2 times per calendar year per member, whether applied to a membership or a class package.To resume training after a freeze, payment of the applicable freeze fee must be completed before you can continue booking classes.Monthly memberships are not eligible for a freeze during the first month of enrollment.

What is Membership?

Membership is a monthly course pass that Wenyoga provides to everyone.

Purchasing the Platinum Membership gives you unlimited access to all group classes Wenyoga offers.

Purchasing the Gold Membership gives you unlimited access to all group mat classes Wenyoga offers (excluding aerial classes).

By purchasing Cyber membership, you can book an online training course provided by Wenyoga.

Membership's privilege?

Accepted Answer

Members with Platinum Membership and Gold Prime Membership can participate in community events hosted by Wenyoga for free.
Wenyoga gives Cyber Membership to Platinum Membership and Gold membership as a value-added gift.
Platinum Membership and Gold Membership have special pricing rights for Wenyoga training camps and Master Workshops.

Can I share my Membership with others？

Membership can only be used by one person and is not transferable during the period of use.

Question 6

What will happen if I neither cancel nor attend the class?

Accepted Answer

If you are unable to attend the course, please cancel it 24 hours in advance to allow other members to take the place.
For each class reservation that is not canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled class, membership will be automatically suspended from booking for a week, or charged a $18 absentee fee per class. 
For each class reservation that is not canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled class, Trail card membership  will be automatically suspended from booking for three days, or charged a $18 absentee fee per class.
Package member fails to cancel class at least 24 hours in advance and does not attend the class, this class will be deducted from the package.

Validity period of membership ?

It is starting the day you subscribe. Your account will be automatically charged each month, and you will receive an invoice reflecting the charge.

How can I cancel Membership?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your membership at any time by yourself or contact Wenyoga studio.

After cancellation, the monthly fee is non-refundable. Charges will stop from the next month after the cancellation is confirmed.
