Class Description

A gentle and safe aerial practice designed for expecting mothers. Our Prenatal Aerial Yoga/Pilates class offers a unique combination of supportive aerial movement, gentle strengthening, and mindful stretching tailored specifically for pregnancy. Using a low-height aerial hammock, we help expecting mothers relieve tension, improve circulation, and safely build core stability—while creating space for the growing baby. When the body is suspended, the pull of gravity is partially released, allowing the deep stabilizing muscles — including the transverse abdominis, multifidus, pelvic floor, and scapular stabilizers — to naturally engage to maintain balance and control. Prenatal Aerial Yoga combines the principles of traditional prenatal yoga with anti-gravity therapy. Using the hammock for support helps reduce the pressure on the spine and pelvis, allowing mothers-to-be to safely strengthen, stretch, relax, and connect with their inner awareness. 🌿 Practice Highlights Activate Deep Core Muscles The instability of the hammock requires continuous micro-adjustments, activating deep core muscles and improving posture control and trunk strength. Gentle Stretching Without Joint Compression The anti-gravity support allows for deeper, safer stretches while reducing joint pressure — ideal for prenatal mobility and therapeutic practice. Enhance Body Awareness (Proprioception) Suspension heightens proprioceptive awareness, helping practitioners refine their sense of alignment, balance, and mindful muscle engagement. Cancellation Policy

Package users get the session back in 1 day. 单次付费会员取消课程后, 将在3天内收到等值的无限期优惠券(不适用于电子礼品卡)。课包会员的课时将在1天内退回账户。 Arrival Time: - Arrive 5 mins early for check-in and setup. 请至少提前5分钟到达教室,进行签到和准备。 - Arrivals up to 15 mins late will not be allowed to join the class. 迟到超过15分钟将无法参加课程。 - Failure to attend or being late for non-force majeure reasons incurs the full fee. No refunds for one-class payments; package users forfeit the session; Gold/Platinum members must pay the $18 late/no-show fee within 1 day or face a 1-week suspension. 因非不可抗力原因未能出席或迟到,将收取全额费用。单次付费用户不予退款;课包用户不退还课时;Gold/Platinum用户需在1天内支付18刀迟到/缺席费用,否则账户将被暂停1周。 Attire&Requirements: - Wear comfortable yoga attire. 请穿着舒适瑜伽服。 - For safety, remove all jewelry, watches, hairpins, and sharp items. 请勿佩戴珠宝、手表、发夹和尖锐物品。 - Bring your own mat and towel. 自带瑜伽垫和擦汗巾。 - Silence and store phone. 手机静音并存放。 - Bring sufficient drinking water. 携带足够的饮用水。 Safety: - Must be at least 12 weeks pregnant with normal medical exam results to participate. 必须孕周12周以上,且产检数据正常,方可参加课程。 - Before class, inform the teacher of any discomfort such as difficulty breathing, shoulder or back tension, lower back pain, pelvic pain, leg swelling, or any other discomfort. 每次课程开始前,如果您有任何身体不适,如呼吸不畅,肩背紧张,腰背酸痛,耻骨、骶骨、坐骨或尾骨周围的疼痛,下肢水肿等,或其他任何身体不适,请一定告知导师。 - During class, if you experience increased heart rate, lower abdominal pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, uncontrolled fluid discharge, or any other unusual symptoms, please inform the teacher immediately. 课程中,如您出现心跳加快、下腹酸痛、头晕眼花、呼吸不畅或有不受控制的液体流出体外,以及其他不同寻常的情况,请一定要及时告知课程导师。 - Inform the teacher of any exercise precautions advised by your doctor. 医生提醒的任何运动注意事项,请告知导师。 - Please inform the teacher of any other special health concerns before the class.
