Once a Gift Card is claimed to a Wenyoga customer account, its value cannot be transferred to another person or another Wenyoga account; a Gift Card balance on a Wenyoga account may not be cashed out or transferred to another Wenyoga account, and non-refundable too.

The recepient must have a Wenyoga account in order to access and redeem a Gift Card; Funds from Wenyoga Gift Cards are automatically added to the recipient’s account when the eGift Card is purchased. 

Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of Wenyoga goods, and classes. Any payments made with a Gift Card will be deducted from your Gift Card balance, any unused Gift Card balances will remain on your Wenyoga account until used or until the balance expires. If a purchase exceeds your existing Gift Card balance, the remaining amount due must be paid with another Payment Method.

Gift Cards may not be applied towards charges for changes to existing reservations, nor used to purchase plans, memberships, events, or other Gift Cards. They cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

You should treat Gift Cards like cash. Once we electronically transmit a digital Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, the risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Wenyoga reserves the right to any remedy, including refusal to issue or honor a Gift Card, in the event of suspected fraud. We will have the right to close a Wenyoga account and charge alternative Payment Methods if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Wenyoga Platforms.

We reserve the right to modify these Gift Card Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Gift Card Terms, we will post the revised Gift Card Terms on the Wenyoga Platforms and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Gift Card Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Wenyoga Platforms will constitute acceptance of the revised Gift Card Terms. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery timeframe

We ship Wenyoga’s goods out from our warehouses. Our delivery estimates time can vary depending on your location, product demand on the current stock, season, etc.

 

Note: delivery times might be impacted during natural disasters or any other external forces including and not limited to pandemics.

 

Order processing time

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order, once your order has been processed and shipped, you can easily track your order via My Account page, if there is an issue with your tracking number please contact us.

 

Shipping time frames for US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe:

Standard Shipping: orders might take 7-15 Days to be received. In most cases, your order will arrive within 2 weeks or less.

Express Shipping: 5-10 days in transit.

Shipping time frames for other countries:

Standard Shipping: orders might take 15-30 Days to be received.

 

Delayed Orders

If your order took longer than the expected delivery date by 10 business days, please send us an email at wenyogastudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the logistic issue or take the appropriate action to your satisfaction.

Sometimes orders take longer than expected to be delivered for various reasons e.g. high season, extremely high demand for certain products, holidays, weather, natural disasters, external forces including and not limited to pandemics, etc…

 

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on how many products you have in the cart, the accurate rate calculation will take place at the cart and checkout page.

Once a giftcard is sold, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If there is any problem with the quality of the product you receive, Please keep the product in brand new condition (not disassembled, not washed, not folded and not worn), and please bring the product and provide receipt to Wenyoga studio for exchange new one ， Except giftcard from Wenyoga.
