About the Session
Take a pause from the fast pace of daily life and give your body and mind a chance to reset. This workshop combines gentle aerial stretching with immersive sound healing, creating a deeply restorative experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Session Flow
The session begins with slow, supported stretches in the aerial hammock to open the shoulders, spine, and hips. As your body softens, you’ll transition into a restful position, allowing the hammock to fully support you. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound healing journey, where you can simply lie back, relax, and receive.
