Aerial Sound Bath

As night falls, the studio glows with candlelight. You settle into a suspended hammock, wrapped in soft fabric, gently lifted — and the moment weightlessness takes over, the tension of the day begins to melt.

Leah will guide a one-hour journey of sound with crystal singing bowls, gong, and other instruments. Deep, resonant vibrations ripple through the space, through the hammock, close to your body — helping your nervous system shift from "fight mode" into profound rest. Many people describe it afterwards as the longest, best nap: waking up with lighter shoulders and a quieter mind.

This is not a yoga class, and no experience is needed — all you have to do is lie back, breathe, and listen.
