I’m Xizi, and I believe yoga is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.

Aerial yoga has been a gift in my life. It has made me stronger, healthier, and more confident, and I love sharing that journey with others.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, have fun, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to aerial yoga or have practiced before, I hope you’ll leave each class feeling、stronger, lighter, and refreshed.I can’t wait to welcome you to class.
