团课课包政策

Group Class Packages（团课课包）：

Usage Rule（使用规则）：
- Packages can be used to book classes starting from your selected start date.
课包从您选择的日期起生效，并可用于预约课程。
- Packages are for personal use only and cannot be shared.
课包仅限本人使用，不可多人共用。
- Only one class can be booked per time slot, and you cannot book for others in the same time slot.
预约课程时，每个时间段只能预约一节课，不可同时为他人预定同时间段课程。
Cancellation and Rescheduling（取消和改期）：
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before class. Session back in 1 day.
开课前24小时可免费取消或改期。课时将在1天内退回账户。
- Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee applies. Within 3 hours, the full fee applies. No rescheduling. After paying the cancel fee, session will be back in 1 day.
24小时内取消需支付取消费，3小时内取消需支付全款。均不可改期。支付取消费用后，课时将在1天内退回账户。
- Failure to attend or being late up to 15 mins for non-force majeure reasons incurs the full fee. Package users forfeit the session.
因非不可抗力原因未能出席或迟到超过15分钟以上，将收取全额费用。课包会员不退还课时。
Minimum of attendees（开课人数 ）:
- For yoga mat classes, a minimum of 3 attendees is required to schedule a class, while for aerial yoga classes, a minimum of 2 attendees is sufficient to proceed with the scheduling. If the minimum number of attendees is not met, the website system will automatically cancel the class one natural day in advance and notify the registered attendees via email about the cancellation. Package users get the session back in 1 day.
垫上课程需至少3名学员方可开课，空中课程则需至少2名学员。若未达到最低出勤人数，网站系统将提前一天自动取消该课程，并通过邮件通知已预约的学员课程取消。课包会员的课时将在1天内退回账户。
Make-up classes（补课）：
- There will be no make-up classes for late arrivals, early departures, or missed classes due to personal reasons. If a class is missed due to force majeure (such as bad weather, power outages, etc.), it can be postponed or made up. You are allowed one make-up opportunity for every 10 classes. Please contact your teacher directly to confirm the make-up time.
补课：迟到、早退、因个人原因错过的课程不补课。因不可抗力（如恶劣天气、停电等）错过课程，可顺延或补课。每10节课有一次补课机会。请直接联系您的授课老师确认补课时间。
Expiration（课包过期）：
- Classes must be used within the package validity period. After expiration, any unused sessions will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or made up.
课包仅可预约有效期 内的课程，逾期未使用的课时将自动归零，无法补课或返还。
Freeze（冻结课包）：
- For personal reasons (e.g., travel, pregnancy), email wenyogastudio@gmail.com with the details attached to request a freeze. Each freeze costs $10 and lasts up to 30 days. After payment, the package will be unfrozen and usable again.
因个人原因（如旅行、怀孕等），请发送相关资料附有原因的邮件至wenyogastudio@gmail.com申请冻结。每次冻结费用为$10，期限最长为30天。支付冻结费后，可继续使用。
Transfer（转让）：
- If you need to transfer your package due to force majeure (e.g., health issues, returning home, epidemic), Wenyoga will arrange the transfer with a 20% handling fee.
如因不可抗因素（如健康、回国等）需转让课包，经Wenyoga确认后可安排，需缴纳课包费用20%的手续费。
