What is Baby & Me Yoga?
Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle, inclusive class designed for caregivers and babies between 3 and 18 months. It combines mindful movement, breathwork, infant massage, sensory play, and joyful connection. This class supports postpartum healing, encourages baby’s physical and emotional development, and offers a warm community for caregivers.
