BABY & ME is a unique yoga class that combines mat-based parent-baby yoga with aerial hammock interaction. It supports babies in developing sensory and motor coordination through gentle guidance, while giving caregivers a chance to build deeper bonds with their little ones.
Centered around safety, gentleness, and a loving, trusting environment, this class fosters a supportive parent community—helping you step out of isolation and grow together through connection.
